How do I get to the Clinic?
- The Clinic is on the 2nd floor of the Outpatient Center building
- Parking is available in Parking 3 at the corner of Cedar and Capitol
- Go to Level 3A in the parking deck and follow signs to Elevator E
- Take Elevator E to the 2nd floor
- Valet parking is available in front of the Outpatient Center
What should I bring to an appointment?
You can request an appointment online through myUAMShealth. Your primary care physician will need to provide a referral for an appointment at the Urology Clinic.
For your first appointment, please bring a picture ID and your insurance card. The UAMS medical staff will also need information about any medications you're taking, including over the counter medications. You should also bring any medical records you can provide, including x-rays and test results from other clinics.
For future appointments, please provide copies of any additional x-rays or test results, and advise us of any changes in your insurance information or your medications.
