Regular exercise also can help you mentally by making it easier to manage stress, leaving you more energetic, making daily chores easier to accomplish, helping you sleep better and improving your self-image.

At UAMS, we are committed to improving the health of Arkansans. We offer the facilities and classes you need to be proactive in taking care of your health. For one low membership fee, you can have access to our fitness center and our water wellness program.
