The outpatient pharmacy at UAMS is your immediate source to have prescriptions filled quickly and easily. Before you leave the hospital, we make it simple for you to get the medication you need without the inconvenience of making
an extra stop on the way home.
The pharmacy can fill prescriptions written for clinic and hospital discharge patients as well as prescriptions for employees and their immediate families. You can send a prescription to the pharmacy by phone, fax, voicemail or direct drop-off by you or your representative.
The outpatient pharmacy is licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy and operates under the statutes and regulations pursuant to a registered pharmacy permit.
With our online prescription refill system, you can request refills of prescriptions that you have previously had filled at the outpatient pharmacy.
