The Department of Neurology at UAMS provides some of the best care in Arkansas for adult patients with neurological disorders, including disorders of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves and muscles.
We offer outpatient evaluation and treatment to patients as recommended by our neurologists.

Our Neurology Clinic offers some of the most up-to-date treatments to patients through participation in national clinical trials for multiple sclerosis, dementia, stroke, seizure, Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions. Patients with headaches and back pain generally are referred to the Pain Clinic at UAMS.
Additional services offered by our Neurology Clinic include electroencephalography, long-term video electroencephalography monitoring, electromyography/nerve conduction testing, deep brain stimulation adjustments and botulinum toxin (BOTOX) injection.
