Where to Come
Your executive physical will be performed at the UAMS Family Medical Center. The center is located at the corner of Jack Stephens Drive and 6th Street. Free parking is available at the front door. If you have questions or need further directions, please call 501-686-8840.
What to Wear
Dress casually. You may want to bring athletic attire to wear while exercising on the treadmill. Please bring comfortable walking or athletic shoes. It is important to be able to walk without any restrictions from your clothing.
Prior to Your Examination Date
You will be contacted by a UAMS nurse practitioner before your scheduled exam. They will help you complete our questionnaire and will answer any questions you have about procedures and evaluations that will be performed as part of your physical.
