Our social workers can help you understand and select insurance or drug plans, help you resolve care giving issues and offer advice about long-term care options. Nutritional issues that impact your personal health are addressed by our trained nutritionist. Our pharmacist will review all

A referral is not necessary to schedule an appointment at the Longevity Clinic unless your insurance carrier requires one. Medicare and most private insurance plans are accepted.

 We provide many specialized senior health care services including:

• Driver safety screening

• Urgent care clinic

Free parking for patients is available in the lot adjacent to the Institute on Aging building.

Located within the Institute on Aging is the Ottenheimer Fitness Center, a complete athletic complex for individual weight training and physical therapy, including a therapeutic pool.
