Dr. Winston is managing director of audiological services and assistant clinical professor in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at UAMS.

He received his master's and doctorate in Audiology, with honors, from Kansas University Medical School.

Dr. Winston has several publications in the areas of hearing and balance disorders and in hearing rehabilitation. He is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association with certification in Audiology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

He has received honors from the Arkansas Speech and Hearing Association and received the Kleffner Clinical Career Award for Distinguished Contributions to the Field of Communicative Disorders.
