Dr. Samantha McKelvey completed her medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She then went on to complete her residency training at UAMS in obstetrics and gynecology. She served as the chair of the UAMS Resident Council.
Her clinical interest is obstetrics and gynecology. She also served as a research assistant in obstetrics and gynecology and with the ANGELS program (Antenatal and Neonatal Guidelines, Education and Learning System). She has made several presentations in her field in meetings and conferences around the country. She also has numerous publications on a variety of topics within obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. McKelvey enjoys obstetrics and gynecology and becoming a part of her patients’ lives during one of the most exciting times in their lives. She also likes building relationships with her patients and getting to know their specific situation and condition.
