Appointments
Referring physicians may schedule an appointment for their patients by calling 1-866-UAMS DOC or 501-686-8000 or by calling the specialty clinic directly using our UAMS Clinic Directory. Appointment requests may also be made on-line.

Transfers
Patients who have been seen by a referring physician and who will definitely require admission should be transferred via the Physician Call Center at 1-866-UAMS DOC or 501-686-8000.  Patients who have not been seen and evaluated by a referring physician should be referred to the Emergency Department at 501-526-6200.  A courtesy call to the ED attending is appreciated.
