Campaign Update
Campaign Imagine, our opportunity to transform the future of health care in Arkansas, continues to move forward. We strive to be a model of modern health care that transcends city, state and national borders.
The campaign has raised more than $352 Million, surpassing the goal of $325 Million more than a year early. This is a monumental achievement for UAMS, but the initiative continues because work is far from done as there remain many critical campaign projects. The funds raised through Campaign Imagine are
designated for specific priorities like education, research, clinical
care and outreach.
Campaign Facts at a Glance
- 29,914 donors to Campaign Imagine, five of whom have contributed $10 Million or more, four of whom have contributed between $5 and $10 Million and 34 of whom have contributed $1 Million or more
- $5.1 million secured for scholarships for the healthcare professions such as medical, nursing pharmacy and allied health
- 33 chairs/professorships
- Nearly 42% of funds raised designated for new and enhanced facilities
- Over $41.1 million for unrestricted use in research
- Over $20.4 million for research endowments
- $12.3 million designated for statewide regional programs
- Over $1.7 million contributed by UAMS faculty and staff
